WHERE CAN I FIND THE BYLAWS OF THE ASSOCIATION?

The bylaws can be found on the resources tab of this website.

WHO SHOULD I CONTACT IF I SPOT A DOWNED TREE OR LIMB IN A COMMON AREA?

Please contact the board at littlesebagolodges@yahoo.com and report the location of the tree or limb.

WHEN ARE ASSESSMENTS DUE AND HOW SHOULD I PAY?

The annual dues are voted upon at the annual meeting the first Saturday of August each year.  The assessment invoices are sent out in the first quarter and they are due on or before May 31st.  Payment by check to Little Sebago Lodges Association and the Little Sebago Lodges Statutory Road Association, PO Box 283, Raymond, ME  04071.

WHAT IS THE ROLE OF THE ASSOCIATION BOARD?

The Board is comprised of volunteers who offer their time to keep this community a great place to live and vacation.  The Board is responsible for maintenance of common areas, roads, and amenities in the Little Sebago Lodges property.  The Board is not responsible for settling disputes between neighbors.

WHEN IS TRASH PICKUP?

Trash should be contracted individually by residents.  Trash may also be taken to the Town of Gray dump.  Yard waste may be disposed of at the brush dump behind the tennis courts when the dump is open.

WHEN IS THE BRUSH DUMP OPEN?

The brush dump is open Saturdays between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m  for disposal of yard waste only.  If you have an urgent need that cannot wait until Saturday, please contact the board at littlesebagolodges@yahoo.com and we can make accommodations.  You may also seek out a board member who can open the brush dump for you.

WHERE CAN WE FIND MORE INFORMATION ABOUT LITTLE SEBAGO LAKE?

The Little Sebago Lake Association is a good resource for questions about the lake.  Their mission is to protect, restore, and improve the lake’s water quality and ecosystem. Their goal is to create and nurture a community of lake stewards, educate users on lake safety.  The website is www.littlesebagolake.com.
